Order processing
Orders are processed within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays may begin processing on the next working day.

Delivery time
Delivery to the UK usually takes 3–5 working days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs checks, severe weather, public holidays or carrier delays.

Shipping cost
Standard tracked delivery costs £3. Delivery is free on orders of £20 or more.

Duties and taxes

Orders are sent using a duty-paid delivery service, so customers should not normally be asked to pay additional import charges on delivery. If a carrier requests an unexpected payment, please contact us at support@winkritual.combefore paying.

Tracking
Orders are handled internationally by 4PX and completed in the UK by Royal Mail. When tracking is available, tracking details will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Address changes
Please contact us at support@winkritual.com as soon as possible if your delivery address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.

Delays, loss or damage
If tracking has not updated for an extended period, or if your parcel arrives damaged, contact us at support@winkritual.comwith your order number and supporting photographs where relevant. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate solution.
